The Dead Rabbit, traditional and trendy

A gorgeous guy serves you an incredible cocktail at the counter of a bar rivaling any traditional Irish pub.  You are undoubtedly at the Dead Rabbit, elected nothing less than the best bar in the world for the second consecutive year!  Here’s a good idea:  sip a glass of champagne at a table in the back… better than going to the theatre!

Flute Midtown, intimate and cozy

When French art de vivre meets New York nighttime magic you get Flute:  a lovely name for a lively club with muted atmosphere, where one gets comfy in a big soft armchair and changes the world over a flute of champagne.

The London NYC, elegant and chic

Even if you can order a fish & chips, don’t think The London draws its inspiration from a typical British Pub… Get up close and personal at the bar and make the glassware jingle late into the night….  That is, of course, if you’re able to make your way to the bartender!

The Knickerbocker Hotel, VIP and cool

The Knickerbocker Hotel’s magic is up on the rooftop.  An incredible open air space high up above Times Square where it’s also possible to have a fabulous dinner under the Manhattan stars.

Catch, hipster and ultrachic 

Brick walls, metallic lampshades, simple wooden tables and a rooftop that resembles a riverside “guinguette” dancehall, Catch plays the industrial décor card. Our advice : go without a doubt for the house specialty, seafood and fish.

Bar Masa, haute couture Japanese

It’s beautiful, it’s simple, it’s subtle, it’s discreet…. It’s shibui! A restaurant dedicated to Japanese gastronomy with Chef Masa Takayama who’s the specialist of succulent and surprising marriages of cocktails and sushi.

Junoon, a culinary passage to India with all-inclusive addictive flavors.  And you know what’s really great about the place?  The particularly well selected wine list with many great champagnes, quite simply sublime.
